Our Story
It was 2019, and Beri and Drew were each on their own adventures around the world — Beri with Hunter and Drew with Terence. They both found themselves in a charming, family-style hostel in Sagres, Portugal, where every night people came together to cook, drink wine, and share stories. They met outside at the dinner table and immediately bonded over hiking, traveling, Colorado, and all the things they still love to do today!
Beri and Hunter had been planning to head north to Porto, but after spending a few days together with Drew and T, they were having so much fun that they decided to continue the journey to the next town as a group. A week later, when it was finally time to part ways, something told them their paths would cross again.
In 2020, Beri and Drew reunited in Colorado when Beri was celebrating her sister Baylee’s engagement, and Drew invited her on a road trip to explore the mountains. From that trip on, they were basically inseparable. From living in an RV, to spending a few months at a time in their favorite mountain towns, to international travels, and living on a small island in Thailand, they’ve shared adventures, laughter, travels, and so many moments of growth — and it’s all made their relationship so full and joyful.
What makes them work is their shared love for adventure, their curiosity for the world, their love, care, and respect for each other, and the way they can always make each other laugh. From spontaneous road trips to quiet nights at home, every moment feels better together.
Beri and Drew are so excited and grateful for how their paths crossed, the journey they’ve shared, and the life they are building together. They can’t imagine celebrating their special day without their favorite people by their side, and they can’t wait to continue exploring, laughing, and loving together!
